Great assistence

A purchaser needed a special file format modification to a product, but I had lost my original product development files. Almost as soon as I posted a request for help, Judita explained to me how I could download my product files, so that I could make the modification for the customer. Judita is polite, and provides a very clear and comprehensive source of help for technical questions. I was able to quickly satisfy the customer, so both he and I (the vendor) are very happy with the support service provided by Judita, in particular, and CGTrader, in general. This is a great place to do business for vendors and for customers. This is one of several times that I have received excellent and rapid support from Judita, and from the CGTrader support staff.
